If you have received a "power up" signal from our Monitoring Centre, you need to take note of the following important information:
• This signal suggest that all power to your security system was interrupted resulting in the system having restarted. This signal should only ever be received when a qualified technician is on site. If a technician was on the premises, you can ignore this signal.
