Beagle Watch

Today, at approximately 13:00 an elderly woman phoned Beagle Watch to ask if we knew the name of someone who could erect a cable for her foofie slide. RL said no problem, Beagle will do it.

At 15:00 the volunteers proceeded to her residence and began to erect the cable. The granny (aged 67) elected to be the first one down the slide. She climbed the tree, grabbed the handles of the slide and launched herself into space. Even after she lifted her legs, her rear end still ended up in the swimming pool (the foofie travels over the pool) and became very wet.

Mzi Nefu then did the same and to the accompaniment of cheers and having his photo taken, came through unscathed over the pool.

Granny then entertained the RO’s to cold drinks and chocolate and was flabbergasted at the service level that had been provided.

She stated that although she still has just under a year to go on her contract with her current security company, she will have no hesitation in signing with Beagle Watch and recommending us to all her circle of friends and mothers.

I just got the sms regarding the dog poisoning. Please advise people not to let their dogs near the front gates of their property especially leaving them out at night in the front is dangerous. Also don't let them out in the morning without first checking your yard within range of where poisoned food could have been thrown.

Lastly they must not just check with vet in doubt – they must rush the animal to the vet and they must be very careful not to touch the animals vomit or mucous from the mouth as it is also poisonous to humans. Time is of the essence.

This is just a short note to convey my gratitude and compliment your service.

Your service and vigilance is highly commendable. I have never come across such efficiency before. The guards are always there within 5 mins of the alarm being activated. In one instance where our alarm was activated accidentally , your guard was on the premises before we could even get to our front door!!

We have been having a problem with our electricity meter , and had to have a new one installed. They even phoned to report that someone was busy breaking open the lock of the meter box and were we aware of it!!! Never before have we had such an excellent service.

YOU ARE ALL ON THE BALL

I just wanted to compliment Beagle on a response that we had last Sunday 28th March. We were out and had a call from our system to say that our outside beams had been set off. I immediately phoned the control room to ask them if they had received the alert – to be told that someone was at the house already….. as it only took us 3 minutes to get home – what a comforting sight to see BIG Jacob standing at the gate waiting for us.

After years of having been with a company who on numerous occasions only arrived 17 minutes and on one occasion 1hr and 15 minutes later (when you alert them to say you can hear someone walking on your roof!!!) what a pleasure it was to come around the corner and have BEAGLE WATCH standing there!

I pray that this wonderful service that you give us remains so.

I just want to say thank you very much for the difference Beagle Watch brought into the neighborhood. From the first instance that I got to deal with you guys it has been a nice experience. Your sales person (Quintus Greyvenstein) was very helpful as well as the technician that came to do the installation for us.

We had an incident last night where 4 people wanted to break in and we phoned the control room (due to the fact that it happened so quick that I could not get to the panic button in time and my husband dialed the control room) and in a matter of 1 minute three cars were dispatched to us.

They have searched the neighborhood trying to see if they can locate the suspects but without any luck.

I have never experienced anything like this with another security company it I must say it makes me proud to know that whenever I am in need of someone to protect me and my family’s life you guys are there.

I would like to congratulate Beagle Watch on the wonderful service. We have only used them these past months and have been extremely happy with their service, especially the night service when they meet us at the house when we come home, this is a wonderful feeling knowing that you are safe.

I thought I should let you all know that my son was followed home from school on Monday afternoon by a blue Jetta with three male occupants.

My son was shaken but phoned Beagle the minute he walked in the door and they were there very quickly.

I am still very impressed with their service and couldn't be happier knowing that they are around especially now with an additional vehicle in the area.

I also contacted them last week to have a vehicle at the house when I returned home from Karate and even before I left the house to go and collect my son from Karate not one but two response vehicles were waiting outside the house.

I just want to tell you how happy I am with Beagle watch. I often have to work late and ask for escorts into my home late at night. The guys at the control room especially Johan have already got to know me and are so helpful and supportive. The team who work at night are so friendly and helpful as well they always check my house inside before they leave me alone, (I live alone with my child).

A client from Berario telephoned to say a big thank you for the excellent service we afforded her on Tuesday night 9th December 2008.

She stated Beagle Watch was outstanding in the way we handled her robbery and subsequent follow up. She advised that our vehicle was there most of the night which was a great comfort to her.
