Beagle Watch Armed Response was launched in September 2004 and the astounding growth has confirmed that residents demand professional protection. The Beagle Watch management have over 50 years combined experience in the armed response business. Dave Casey, the former Managing Director of Eagle Watch and BBR Security heads the company, and he has appointed many of his elite Eagle Watch team to ensure competent and personalized service delivery.

New crime fighting initiative:

Crime in South Africa however continues to escalate, the reasons for this are diverse and multifaceted. Unfortunately, we are not in a position to change the contributing factors but we are in a position to innovate and adapt to counter the scourge. Many of you will remember the pioneering work done by Eagle Watch some 25 years ago – the company was the first to provide a patrol and armed response service.

Many others followed the lead and it is in this spirit that we decided to contract a Group of German Criminal Defence Specialists to jointly develop a new crime defence strategy exclusively for Beagle Watch. These are in a test phase at present and the results are very encouraging. The initiative incorporates the deployment of our mobile CCTV surveillance units and mobile checkpoints which are deployed in conjunction with the SAPS at random and in high crime areas.
